We are committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal coordinates, billing information, and sensitive health diagnostics records. This policy applies to all customers using grocery, food, diagnostics, lab test bookings, rides, and partner services.

2.1 Account and Device Information: Your full name, email address, mobile phone number, birth date, delivery addresses, GPS coordinates, operating system, and push notification tokens.
2.2 Financial and Transaction Details: Complete order history, order items, transaction amounts, and gateway settlement logs (processed securely via Razorpay; Saalas does not store, view, or retain your raw credit card numbers or banking secrets).
2.3 Sensitive Medical and Health Records (Saalas Shifa): In order to coordinate telemedicine diagnostics and doctor appointments, we may collect: (a) Medical symptoms, history, and conditions you submit via pre-intake triage forms; (b) Direct diagnostic lab results, tests, and PDF files shared by onboarded Lab Partners; (c) Prescription history and active clinical notes issued by consulting doctors; (d) Pregnancy, vital, and immunization logs you voluntarily add; (e) De-identified, anonymized health indicators used by secure AI service providers to prepare triage summaries for your physician.
# 3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
3.1 Standard Processing: To process and deliver food/grocery orders, manage coordinates for active ride dispatches, settle payments via Razorpay, and trigger push alerts.
3.2 Health Data (Saalas Shifa): Your sensitive personal health and clinical histories are processed ONLY to coordinate consultations with your selected physician, share intake details with diagnostic facilities, and log your records.
3.3 Strict Adherence Rules: We will NEVER sell your personal data or health records to third-party advertisers. We will NEVER use your medical reports or symptoms for marketing purposes, and we will never utilize your details for lending, job, or insurance underwriting evaluations.
# 4. CONSENT & DECLARATION
4.1 Standard Consent: By accessing and registering on the Saalas application, you declare that you consent to our standard collection rules.
4.2 Medical Consent: By using Saalas Shifa telemedicine, you provide explicit consent to process your Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011.
4.3 Revocation: You may contact [email protected] at any time to withdraw your consent. Doing so will result in the immediate closure of active telemedicine services on your account.

6.1 Standard Security: All transactions are protected via industrial-grade SSL/TLS transmission channels and AES-256 data storage at rest.
6.2 Health Record Protections: Saalas Shifa documents are locked with schema-level database isolation layers, secure access auditing logs, and role-based permissions restricted exclusively to onboarding physicians.

7.1 Retention: Medical and consulting reports are retained in compliance with clinical record regulations for a minimum of three (3) years post-account closure.
